1. General Terms

All products listed on this website are stocked, sold, and managed directly by Artifact Stonex Private Limited.

1.2. No Guarantees:

While we strive to ensure quality and timely delivery, delays or unforeseen issues may occasionally arise due to courier logistics or other operational challenges.

2. Products and Orders

2.1. Order Acceptance:

Orders may be cancelled if items become unavailable or if there are unexpected fulfillment issues.

2.2. Pricing and Availability:

Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

2.3. Product Descriptions:

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, there may be occasional discrepancies or updates.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select pin codes and eligible products. Availability will be shown during checkout.

4. Return Policy

Products are returnable only in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage during shipping

  • Incorrect items received

Conditions for Returns:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

5. Electronic Gadgets

5.1. Special Handling & Warranty:

Electronic gadgets may come with a manufacturer’s warranty, as specified on the product page or packaging.

5.2. Returns for Gadgets:

Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or damage during shipping. Notification with photos and an unboxing video (if available) must be sent within 48 hours of delivery.

5.3. Non-Returnable Cases:

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • There is visible damage due to mishandling after delivery

  • Accessories or packaging are missing

  • There are signs of usage

5.4. Refund or Replacement:

After inspection, refunds or replacements will be processed based on product availability and the nature of the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

Artifact Stonex Private Limited’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order. We are not liable for delays, delivery issues, or damages beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makrana, Nagaur, Rajasthan, India.
