Eligibility for Refunds
We understand that issues can arise with product orders, and we are committed to resolving them promptly. Below are the criteria under which a refund may be requested:
Defective or Damaged Products:

Wrong Item Received:

Non-Delivery of Products:

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you may request a refund.

Change of Mind:

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

As our products are sourced directly from suppliers, we cannot accept returns or process refunds based solely on preference changes.
Electronic Gadgets:

Electronic gadgets are eligible for a refund if they are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible products delivered within 10 days, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Exchanges are allowed only for size, color, or variant issues, or if the product is eligible and in stock.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or Cash on Delivery).

For COD orders, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method, such as bank transfer.

Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
